I really don't want to write my history essay and it's not as though it's even that hard. It's on the life of the mill girls and like all of Matson's essays, there isn't a length requirement. We've had a week to do it and I procrastinate way too much. But I got the rest of my homework done and I had homework in all of my classes tonight. And as normally when that happens, I'm rushing to finish some part of the homework the next morning in homeroom, that's an accomplishment.

My brother got a stomach thing somehow and has been throwing up/sleeping all day. He'll be fine if any of ya'll care, but I hope he gets better and that I don't catch it. I've had a sortof cold for two weeks and really don't need anything to add to the sore throat, headache and off and on runny nose. But whatever.

Managed to be one of five people who got high honors in my grade first term. Anyone know why it took the advocate that long to publish the honor roll? Makes me feel special that I beat Bobby, Felicia and Callie, who all got just normal honors. First time I've gotten high honors at high school, also.

I totally should be writing my essay and not procrastinating, but what can you expect from me? Still haven't talked to Tully as I'm very tempted to just keep what I got and if it affects my term grade more than I like, do the extra credit. And the two times I passed her room after school this week and would have gone to talk to her, she wasn't there. And I'm too lazy/forget to talk to her during class.

Right, history essay, of course I'm writing it...
