Past seven entries on my friends page are angst/complaints... Wonderful.

I'm in pain and I should be sleeping, but instead I'm updating this.

I got out of school after second period yesterday to get surgery. I'm so glad my mom scheduled it on a friday.

I got laughing gas and novacaine and so the actual surgery was fine, except for the fact that even with my eyes closed, I kept imagining the dentist taking a sharp knife and cutting my mouth open. I couldn't feel it because of the novacaine and I didn't care because of the laughing gas, but either I saw the three people standing over my face with my eyes opened, or I imagined what was happening with my eyes closed.

The half an hour passed in like a minute and my mom got a prescription for tylenol with something else in it and we left. As my mom went in to a store, don't remember what it was, to get the prescription filled, the pain started. I got a horrible headache and the roof of my mouth, not just where the cut open my gum, but the whole roof of my mouth started aching. And the pain med didn't really work, so I spent a good hour in pain, driving home and trying to then fall asleep, before I finally fell asleep.

When I woke up, the pain was mostly gone. I then spent the afternoon watching episodes of The Storyteller with my mom. And now today, the pain's been off and on even with meds. It's hard to eat cause it hurts for my tongue to touch the cut and whenever I try to swallow, my tongue does. But whatever. It doesn't hurt as much as yesterday and I watched The Princess Bride this morning. And now I'm going to sleep.

I'm sure the Tylenol has Codine.

I remember the Storyteller! With the Dog, right?

Poor Katherine! Get some rest, and I suggest watching "Labyrinth" with David Bowie because it will make you laugh. Sort of. Oh well, watch lots of movies. And take tylenol AS PERSCRIBED. No overdoses, now. Feel better!

I have been watching lots of movies. Three in one day... And I am taking the tylenol although it doesn't really work, so I've been taking advil every other four hours, as that does work. And thank you. I've never actually seen labyrinth although I've heard about it. I might watch it tomorrow.

Very helpful. It actually doesn't hurt as much anymore. Just feels funny to swallow now. Hopefully it won't hurt and I'll be used to it by Monday.

I think I will tomorrow. Going back to sleep now. Drugs make me sleepy.

o_0 Poor Babe. Oral Surgery sucks. Try sticking to semi solid foods like puding or mashed potatos or maybe just soft foods like rice or something. I hope the pain goes away soon.

I've watched Princess Bride, Twins, and the Storyteller. And I'm planning to watch Labyrinth today. Twins is funny, Princess Bride is a classic and Storyteller is good in addition to having horrible animation, which makes it funny. And I've heard Labyrinth is good, but I've never actually seen it.

And it is funny, I've only seen it once and that was four summers ago, so I don't remember much. But it was good.
