Have I mentioned how much I love Henry Jenkins? He updated his blog with excerpts from the Scrooge/Marley fanfic he wrote. Haven't read it yet, but still. This just makes my day so much better.

I slept in more than I normally do this morning, and then had to rush to get dressed, eat breakfast and make my lunch. And nothing really happened today. I got my semi ticket this morning, finished rereading 1984 in my study, and failed at writing the common assessment in english. And then I came home after school and haven't really done anything.

I'm looking forward to this weekend though, semi on Friday and then going backpacking with Pam, two other people and Bob this weekend. It's gonna be lots of fun, except for the fact that my feet and legs are going to hate me after a 3 hour dance and a day and a half hike, but oh well.

So now to do that annotated works cited for english and maybe practice piano a bit.

Ahhh! <3 <3 I mean, a lot of the descriptions of emotions &c. is pretty standard slash stuff – denial and whatnot – but it's a Scrooge/Marley slash story. And I love the description of Marley with the metallic colors. This guy is rockin'.
